Title: Lets Talk Codecs!

I'd like to make an appeal to ya'll for the video compression knowledge. Those beardown videos look pretty nice, and they seem like quite a reasonable download size too.

When I export my videos to quicktime I seem to get massive file sizes and shit quality (especially the audio). So - what codecs do you use to compress your videos and what settings (if applicable) do you use?

I've always found Sorenson's stuff excellent and very easy to use:

no idea what quim uses on the bdp vids, he probably just saves them from premier or some shit. maybe he will see this an reply.
