How many of you do it? Do you rate it?
I feel much better overall since starting to do some formal aerobic exercise again. I'm doing 3 x 45min sessions on a cross trainer (like running, but no impact) per week, and will try to push this up to 3 x 1hr sessions. Still kills me at the moment but feel damn good afterwards.

I do zip. Asa result I've got a fcuk all stamina.
I'm shit at any kind of distance running (natural sprinter/boulderer), swim like a drowning quandra-amputee and can't ride a bike, so I'm screwed. Not that I'm really bothered, cos I never aim to anything that requires any cardio-vascular capacity, although i should probably do a bit for generalness.

Yeah, my swimming is terrible, much to Selina's mirth as she can swim indefinitly, but I'm trying to do about 1/2 hour every week at the gym.
I suppose it's good for keeping the pounds off too, but the tradeoff is bigger leg muscles....

I play squash quite regularly and have noticed a bit of difference. Cancels out a few of those cigarettes.

Owing to the machiavellan car parking policy at my work (currently I am number 723 on the waiting list) I have to park 1.5 miles away, so I run that twice every day and I cycle to the wall at lunch times (1.5 miles) but that is the sum total of my aerobic exercise regime. And I smoke. Which is nice.

723 ?! That's a lot of retirements/deaths before you get easy parking then, you skivvy
That's a fair bit if you add it all up....

Its ok, I keep doing really bad eggy pumps  they're all bound to leave soon.

I cycle up a hefty hill every day which means that my fat legs always pop off on roofs, and I do a few routes occasionally but I can't see how they help at all. Used to play squash but kept running into the walls.
