Title: 55 degree board
Post by: Jjsims on March 23, 2014, 10:43:07 pm
So i have a question about traning on a 55 degree board im intrested to know the pros and cons of doing a 2-5 hard move sequence on smaller  holds.Or a 15-20 move circuit on mostly medium to jug sized holds im looking to regain a lot of strength and power after injury.

If it's a full session you're having on the board I'd reccomend start with the few move small holds and finish up on big holds once you can't pull on the smaller ones.
I however don't really follow the strict splitting of types of climbing or training etc. so this maybe wrong to do.
