Title: waste forum keeps disappearing

Yep. I'm logged in at home and work but I can't see that making a difference. Could it hide it when there are no new posts maybe? Its not a big deal.

Try to find the manual for the modem and look up "port forwarding" or "virtual server".

If not, try to see if you can access the modem control panel via a browser - it's often on an address like http://192.168.0.1 or http://10.0.0.1
