Any ideas on how long to leave climbin/trainin??
Till the pain stops :x ?? Longer than that or jst to sod it and get on with bouldering?

Nasty!
Have a read of this page (http://www.thrombosis-consult.com/articles/Textbook/114_handinjuries.htm) - dunno if it'll help but there's a section on dislocation which might shed further light on what you've actually done to it.

Poor Andy Swann has dislocated his shoulder by being too damn strong... he did it about two weeks ago and rather worryingly still has no feeling... thats not right surely.
-
No, that sounds distinctly wrong! So, did he just pull his shoulder out of place by beefing it? Scary.....
-
yeah, summat like that, apparently he was pressing down with one hand and really trying and it just popped out of place - URGH!
If you really wanna feel it for him, think about getting the bone out of a chicken drumstick.... rank.
