Title: Physio North-East
Post by: adam_NE5 on September 13, 2010, 03:23:56 pm
Hi all,

I have had a look in the search and can't find anything on this, I did something to my finger yesterday at Bowden and was wondering if anyone knew a good physio in the Newcastle area who might be able to give me some advice. I am hoping it is a pulley injury rather than a tendon injury but there was a distinct pop so I'm fearing the worst  (ruptured pulley or tendon).

Also if anyone has any tips on training with this sort of injury they would be greatly appreciated, Beastmaker is obvuiously out for a while.  :(

I'd ask at ClimbNewcastle they probably have a fair knowledge of who's good, bad or ugly in the physio department.

I went to McCallion Physio & Fitness (The Club House, Preston Avenue, North Shields, Tyne And Wear NE302B) but that was for ankle injury. They were  ok though.
