Indigestible or food for thought?

Is this keto?

Even another lockdown wouldn’t make me want to watch that.

May as well have written a review paper if he's going to reference 150 papers. It would certainly add more weight to his findings.

Disappointed it wasn't a video of him trying to swallow that egg whole.

One egg is un oeuf, thank you.

Or reciting Louis Cyphre's lines from the movie Angel Heart before biting into it.

Top work
I suspect for people who have the willpower and digestive stability to take the risk trying relatively radical diets, that it's all rather interesting.
Then again I also suspect anyone with that much dedication to / focus on diet is already scrawny enough that they don't actually need to do keto (yes I know there are apparent other benefits).

I haven't watched it eh... yet. Does he say that Ondra would do 10a if he stopped eating mostly veggies and started to eat butter instead?

I skipped through bits and landed on him saying the exact opposite. He suspects many people and particularly those with elite genetics like ondra would perform worse on keto, but there are a smaller percentage of people who would do better, himself being one. (He who dares might win?)
Also, his keto diet has 50-100g carbs daily, whilst still having the right level of ketones in the blood, so it would include about as much fibrous veg as you'd ever want really.
I probably saw about 30 min worth of him talking overall and it all seemed relatively reasonable. Still, I'm already happy with a non keto diet myself.

For anyone that has watched at least some of it:
Is he just talking to camera the whole time? Think the only way I'll manage it is to YouTube-to-mp3 and listen like podcast, but if it's heavily visual this will obviously be pretty redundant

It's worth watching just for the egg dance.

I thought the Kreb Cycle interpretive mime section was a bit much.
Looks like you can sign up to his Patreon for £1 to get an audio version if you're not totally adverse to paying for things https://www.patreon.com/posts/58487460

Haven't watched this but for any who are considering it seems like a great situation for the x1.25/1.5/2 speed playback option! Can always slowdown if anything of particular interest catches your attention.
