Title: Kilnsey
Post by: J pratt on July 03, 2019, 09:32:23 pm
Hi
We're hoping to head up to Kilnsey this weekend.
Where is best to park?
I'm totally happy to walk 20 , 30 mins or whatever really, but just want to make sure we dont get it wrong and upset anyone.
Also should point out I don't know the area at all so quite specific instructions would be well appreciated, if possible.

Thanks in advance
Jim

This lay-by is the safest bet

10 min walk back up the road to the crag

That's great thanks very much.
I had read bits and bobs about parking causing problems, so just don't want make it worse.

Cheers
Jim

Thanks for asking. If the layby that Stubbs linked to is full then try the bridge at Conistone.

Just a heads up that it’s Kilnsey Show today, for anyone heading that way, could be busy getting to the crag and parking may be limited.
