Title: Supplemental Training

Hey All, I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach for rock climbers in Colorado.  AthletikSpesifik.com is a climbing training website I have developed.  Generally, the site has brief overviews of climbing specific topics, but, Core Strength Development and Shoulder Strength are a couple of articles that you can purchase if you want specific exercises.  In addition to that, my philosophy is that training is supplemental to your climbing and should be structured to keep you healthy and progressively stronger.  Preventing Elbow Injuries, Fundamentals of Strength Training for climbing and Grip Strength are a few articles that should be available soon.
