Hello, just a post to see if anyone has some advice/ experience for this problem Ive had for a while.
I was doing some pull ups on my finger board using all fingers on left hand and little finger on right hand to just get a little assistance. Did this a few times ok and then felt sharp pain in the palm of my hand on side nearest to little finger.
The pain has died down a bit but its still there and most of the time it does not affect me climbing but I,ll sometime get a hold position that gives me the same shooting pain.
The pain can also be felt if I touch the palm of my hand with the tip of my little finger.
If you can make some sense in what I'm trying to describe and have any advice it would be much appreciated
