Title: Forum time format - 24 hour rather than am/pm ?
Post by: Bubba on June 09, 2009, 11:16:47 pm

A user raised this over on ukcaving.com and it's currently being put to the vote...with the overwhelming preference of a switch to 24 hour format.

Given that, I thought I'd raise the same question here.

In posts, you'd see Today at 08:24:36 pm you would have Today at 20:24:36, etc.

I'd quite like it to give the real time. It doesn't seem to like BST

In UKB Go to profile, look and settings, and there is an option there for time offset.. click on the auto link and it will change if for you. Its in the bulletin board rather than your PC... Bubba taught me that earlier in the year...

Somebody on ukcaving has just pointed out that you can change to 24hr in your "look and layout preferences" anyway  which was a new one on me

Can't hurt to have a global change anyway I guess.
