Bloody hell, that's even more impressive! Not only did he do these two mega hard flashes but he biked out there at 4 in the morning first! Double waddage. Well done beast.

;D Haha. Thanks for the positive comments guys. I dont think ill be biking out too often, I didnt realise how massive ringinglow road was. I'm not the cardio type of person :P warmed me up for when I got there though.

Given the achievements, maybe you should try it more often  :-\

This reminds me of one day at Ceuse in 1992ish. I was at the crag waiting for Oli Wright to turn up. He arrived glowing bright red and sweating after rushing very quickly up the hill - a feat of cardio that he was apparently unused to. Knackered though he was he then proceeded to have his best session of the whole trip. I can't remember what routes he did, but he was impressed with himself.
There is something in this cardio/warming up thing, I tell you.

That sounds suspiciously like Mr ‘don’t-bother-it’s-log’ criticising me for dissing a boulder problem.

In student days we used to cycle from the nearest Hope valley train station up to the crags on things that could only just pass as a bikes.  We were convinced that it could only ever help (cheap?) but after having got a car the numbers only got better.  No cardio fitness might have had something to do with that though.

Awesome effort on all three achievements.

Good effort that man.  I seem to remember myself and Nodder getting up at similar times when we where nought but youths...  Ah, memories.  The Joker - strange one that.  I think the only way to claim this campus wise is to lean in of said block until you have both feet off (no shit). control any swing-type movement so that you are literallly hanging the holds under your own control, then pull to the top.

I have seen this done in some really sorry fashions, all have been claimed by the 'ascentionist' in question.  Bunk up anyone?

Misinformed there dude he did it second go after grabbing the finishing jug only to spin round and dab the rock next to it with his hand!

Who's that then? Mini "Lumberjack" Pickles? He's at one with logs now.

How come whenever I do anything that needs a long walk in (summer or winter) I need to lie down for a bit and feel like vomiting?

This thread is pure genius btw.

And good effort the chimp boy.
