anyone know what the current access situation is for upper pen trywn - is it still partially restricted in the week/bank holidays?

Unless it's changed in the last couple of years, the majority of climbing above the road is banned before 6pm until after the school summer holidays (early September?). The first couple of walls above the road aren't included in the ban, so Breck Road/Mumbo Jumbo areas are OK.
