Other than I didn't see much else. A friend of mine has lost loads of weight, about three quarters of a stone, after doing this once a week for three weeks. Anybody know anything how it works? Or anybody that has tried it?I'm going to give it a go and will let you know...
Personally I think its like all diets, and only has a short-term effect. Long term weight-loss requires a change in life-style.
