I can heartily recommend the Norovirus diet as an aid to losing weight. Dropped me nicely below 70kgs. Didn't feel much like riding or climbing though.

I spent all last night vomiting my guts outs and lost about 3Kg, now though I can't walk up a flight of stairs without getting sob.

After having my head down the toilet for the past 20 hours I can finally eat & drink without chucking my guts up 5 minutes later.

Guess who will be laughing next time I get you out on your Wilier.

Anybody out for a ride tonight? Might be a tad breezy, but not too chilly.

I'd even consider a couple of hours nighttime roadbiking if that was preferred......

Has Percy been seen on his new mountain bike yet? Has he had his baptism by Norton?

Hopefully going to Yorkshire Grit on Sunday (in the snow...) and if not then will probably ride with Kim.

Unless Percy is riding being Nortoned in which case I might just have to come along.

Pretty uninspired by mountain bikes at the moment given the appalling condition of the trails. Not much fun, and it just damages them even more. So uninspired in fact that I've been running twice so far this week instead.

Not riding tonight, still full of cold too, well full enough to have to go to the pub to watch the footie instead.  Will be out Sunday unless it is mint for bouldering.

For all you soft lads who thought it too cold last night, or who wanted to stay in and play on your turbo trainers, it was one of the best winter rides I've ever had.

For those that know the Peak "Narnia" was absolutely mint being totally frozen but deviod of snow.

It was so dry out there I didn't have to wash my bike when I got home  ;D

A word of warning though - the Forestry bods have totally trashed the bottom of the nice climb from Fairholmes Memorial car park up to Lockerbrook.  There are signs at both ends saying the track is closed, but honestly it really is closed!

Looks like it was fun - just wandering what's the red thing sticking out the top of your helmet??

I'm still waiting for my new helmet. First CRC sent the wrong one, then they sent the correct one but it was a size too small - labelled wrongly. So hopefully I'll have it back by the weekend

I was out bouldering at Burbage. I've been without lights for a couple of weeks, but some tasty new ones should be arriving this week so I should be back in the game. So long as its not wet. Or Cold. Or windy. Or dark.
