Remember I recommended you Dunc?? He should be able to get down there a few times (if he can drag his lardy arse away from the festering remains of the Body Machine start). If nothing else it would shut him up from moaning at me that I won't come out despite me being totally fucking crippled with my elbows.

I'm keen to get out usually Tuesdays (not this week as I'm in the studio) or Thursdays - those venues sound good, I am kinda obsessed by Body Machine at the moment but judging by my woeful performance on the weekend I could probably do with getting some mileage in and onsighting or redpointing summat easier.
