Go on, what do you use?

Currently use Premier 6.0 but just dont like it at all. What else do people recommend?

Got Premiere Pro (7) but not used it yet. Prolly similar to 6 though.

Adobe products are hard to learn but usually pay dividends once you get used to them. I think Ulead MediaStudio (?) is meant to be good.

I aquired a copy (cheers bubba) of premier whatever it is (6.5?) and its the bomb shit. OK its tricky at first but is proper bo when you get it licked, didn't take me that long to get a basic proficiency on it. Stick with it.

from experience ulead stuff is very easy to use and get good results but limited in what you can do, where as adobe stuff takes a while to learn but once you've mastered it, it's da shit!

Not installed it yet. I'm waiting 'til I get out bouldering again and get a load more footage for the site.

I reckon you'll have to uninstall/install but it should detect all your existing projects. Also, it's a cd image so you'll have to burn it at your end.

Here's a list of what's new: http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/newfeatures.html
