Very much enjoyed it. I liked his incorporation of a few colloquialisms too. How sporting I thought.

Thought he did well.

Trying to place the guitar riff from 99 Problems - it's from AC/DCs Back in Black isn't it?

Not seen it yet, waiting for it to appear on http://www.bbc.co.uk/glastonbury/2008/videos/

I thought Amy was in a bit of a fucking state but then I guess we all knew that.

when whinehaus was on last year i caught a bit of it and i could barely make out a word she was saying, like she was doing an impression of a pissed club-singer doing an impression of her. i hope this years was better.

Reading the papers, it would appear she was wrecked and lamped an audience member who allegedly groped her:

Am also keenly awaiting the footage cropping up on BBC - I was out in town last night, stalking Dense.

This is a rather good description of this years Winehouse. Awful.

When she snapped out of her semi-coma she could momentarily still sing, but most of the time she was as described above :)

Luckily her band was top notch and carried her throughout.

Jay Z is up on the beeb vids page now. Whilst I don't particularly like his stuff myself I think he more than proved himself and put on a solid performance. Thought the Oasis homage/pisstake intro was a nice touch.

I watched Massive Attack on that BBC iPlayer yesterday - truely awesome. I then had a looked at when Blue Lines was released - and believe it or not it was 1991. Their music still sounds great. I heard that Tricky also from that 'Bristol Scene' also has a new album coming out, which is reckoned to match his music of the 90s.

I liked the Massive Attack too - I still love "Teardrop".

Not watched everything yet but Hot Chip rocked it and I liked Duffy live a lot more than her records....and she's very cute too.

Hot Chip do look like the most unlikely bunch of musicians, more like an IT Dept. Make great songs though.  Duffy is indeed cute, but those shorts were a crime of fashion.

Don't know if anyone else caught it, but BBC Two's 'Classic Albums' last night was Reasonable Doubt. Well worth a look if it's been put on the iplayer.
