wrist = 17cm
forearm = 32cm
bicep = 36cm

What! Surely not.

Jim, the bigger ones on the tape are called "inches."

Surely this is a joke? C'mon Jim, don't be shy. Tell us the truth.

have only just seen this thread and read it. Sorry to dissapoint you all. I think there is a lot of room for error tho. I seem to rememeber mine and neils biceps were very close last time.
 On second thoughts, perhaps I was measuring in inches?

I've been resisting the measure but its enticed me in

bicep 35

forearms 33

wrist 19

i thought real men measured in inches so fundamentally the way this thread is being conducted is not particularly masculine

I wonder what size guns adam ondra is packing  :-\

I want an accurate measurement of Fred Nicoles forearms. In fact I want a brass casting of his mighty meat hooks. (Or silicone......) :-*

I would hate to measure anything of mine is those inches!!!!

They look like fattie inches, for measuring big boned waists.

Maybe I'm confusing man inches and lady inches which are used for doing other measurements :-\

I want to know what makes you a human triangle too, it sounds like it may qualify those most triangular for other threads on here  :-\

I think the person having a chest ~twice the size of the waist would be a benchmark triangle! (Lat flexing not included)

If I could just add to that wonderful insult Tom...  how about "greasy, shrivelled, triangular, ginger hobo"?  Maybe add "punter" in there somewhere and it's the best description of Rich ever.

I don't usually check out strange men in pubs, but I clocked Jim's gun show on Friday night, and his stats are clearly bigger than the ones he offered, and he was only flexed enough to keep hold of his pint.
