Has anyone got any ideas (other then the obvious, dilute down or chuck it out) for making use of a stupidly over-hot cause?
Some of my mates know I like it hot, so I end up with an array of chilli sauces in the fridge. Sadly, these days it seems to set off some gastro issues so I keep it a bit more tame than in the past.
I have also have a very ripe mango sitting here, so I was wondering if I could mix up some kind of mango hot sauce batch, but not quite sure on the ratios - it's pretty insane stuff.(2.2 million scoville carolina reaper from tropical sun.)
I have the fear that even watered down it'll blast the shit out of whatever I brew up.
