Hi all, found some random stuff on search, but thought i'd pick your brains again.Been climbing for years & recently gone vegan, i havent lost lots of weight or felt too much weaker, have been using Brown Rice protein & Pea protein isolate (from myprotein.co.uk) to aid recovery after training, just wondered if any one had any further tips or advice on the nutrition front.
Was also told Creatine ethyl ester or creatine monohydrate might be worth a look, i realise the whole creatine debate has been done to death so please dont shoot me down...........
