Interesting that on there and on 8a.wank they're debating how to grade this new route (Ambrosia).

An 8A (or perhaps harder by the sound of it) problem into 7c+ solo that's too high to be classed "highball". It's obvious that the best grade for it is an E grade and a bloody high one I would have thought. After all the shit that's been written about E grades not working, they turn out to be the only logical way to grade this thing.

Really? The rock looks like that baked desert stuff that is always a bit flaky and scrittly. Could be wrong, just based on experience of stuff that looks similar.

The move he is doing is the second hardest move. The one after is the crux. A big throw/dyno. Then your into a V4 standup.
