My friend Andi on Permanent Midnight at Fionnay, 8a+/b. He said it is one of the best climbs he has done.

Is that two crates to start off?

It may just be the camera shot, but he looks like he needs to put more effort in!

Nice pic, just made it my new background.

X2.  Great page of pics.  I wish the boys had taken me there when I was in HK Stu!

Bit of a tear-jerking stroll through the Dispensary archives. Perhaps not the best quality, but they signify some quality times;

Mick on project x (never did get linked)

Again, project x

Is that the board that is no longer? It looks immense!

R.I.P most indeed!

Sadly we were unceremoniously kicked out last February.  It was truly immense despite rumblings that it should be rebuilt even more steeply!  Bear in mind that you can only see half the board in that photo. Some people (mentioning no names) thought that 47 degrees overhanging (or whatever it was) was a bit slabby.  Other people thought that we should also have a less steep panel, maybe at 20 to 30 degrees, but that soon got sacked off when we all worked out how to climb on the board we had.

God I miss the ol' 47.5er.

It's still in pieces and we might as well sell all the timber if we don't find somewhere soon.

It looks as though you built an almighty board, such a shame.

We could actually look for somewhere!

Paul -  The damp, theatre storage facility inspired vibe was the best bit...

Holger has apparently found a massive space which would cost very little to rent so it might be back on. How are things shaping up for you schoolies?

There was one slight ray of hope but I don't really know how thats progressing. I doubt they'll let it be re built the way keith and dobbin are going now its closed.

Yeah, I know.  My issue with that is that it's the wrong side of the water and thus will cost us all a lot in travel/tolls.  Plus its a bit of a trek so not so handy for quick sessions.  I have a couple of leads to follow but haven't yet due to laziness/work/climbing outside so much (Delete as you feel is appropriate).

A nice esoteric crag in the forest way out west of all the climbing, with loads of big  lines
