There's a room going in our house on Southview Rd in Sharrow. Very nice house, very nice people, very nice location. Room is quite large, rent is somewhere around £220 per month (I'm not sure exactly), and probably around £280 including bills. Room is available from end of March/beginning of April.

Climbing stuff: 10min walk from the Climbing Works or the Edge. 10min drive to Burbage. 5min walk to the Cemetery boulder. 2min from the new traversing wall they are supposedly building in the park. Several Woodies in the area.

Other stuff: Just off London rd, so plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs etc in the area. 20 min walk to town.

Yes. Mount Pleasant Park. Some time this year, if it's still happening. Fingers crossed.
