Oftentimes when Im trying to view quicktime videos that have been linked through UKB I can see the quicktime window and hear the sound but see only a green screen where the film should be. Any suggestions? Im pretty sure I have the latest version of quicktime.

I've had the same green thing when using another media player (VLC) for quicktime. I have no idea why I think this fact might be of help/interest to you.... ???

Have you got the latest version of QT?
Have you tried right click>save target as?  Usually works if you can't watch online.
