okay so thanks to a lovely individual who decided to take a phone out of my pocket at the gig last night I am in the market for a new phone. needs to have 4g lollipop, bought direct not as part of a contract, okay camera preferably and 32gb storage 16gb is acceptable. Budget <£150 but can stretch to £200. A nexus 6 is a fantastic phone that works brilliantly. Only issue is its pretty pricey (why I am not buying another one) and a little big.
I read that what I took away way basically it said dont bother paying less than £125 or they are shithttp://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-33757083I can get a 16gb Moto G 3d gen for £210 from motorolas website. Which Ian recommends on the last page. Still hapy with it Nai?
We're completely Android in the household but I was considering going for a refurbed iPhone 5C (plastic screen I hope?). Can anyone suggest a viable Android alternative?
Chromecast is supported on iOS in the iplayer apps, BBC sport, tune in radio, Vimeo and YouTube.
Slackers - The camera would have to be a big improvement over the original as it's really poor. Expandable storage is a big plus the way apps seem to swell currently.
Rear camera 5 MP, 3.5mm focal length, f/2.4 aperture with LED flash and Touch Focus
Rear camera 13 MP, f2.0 aperture, dual CCT dual tone flash, 1080p video recording @ 30fps, and slow motion recording
Toby - Nexus 5 was the only idea I've had. Do you have one (do you like the camera etc.)?
