I may allow an Ultraviolence-themed bar to exist, mind.  Anyone dumb enough to drink there is forced - on pain of death - to beat (preferably to death) at least one other fellow drinker in the establishment.  No rules.  As some kind of sick way of controlling scum.  Free booze after first kill.

Might I suggest a small charge for entry to the hOUD chain, although upon payment you receive a free ball pein hammer and razor blade?  Get the charge right it may even pay for the sawdust on the floor.  What are you calling your first premises?  Spittle and Blood?  Ruptured Spleen and rabbit?
