Hows about taxi drivers who think that the big red triangle button on the dashboard turns on the "i'm parking on double yellows lines on a junction" lights.

How about taxi drivers in general.  Bunch of arrogant tossers who think that they rule the road 'cause they sit in a taxi rank all day with their engines running.

Small garlic - Why do UK supermarkets think we can't handle the big ones the rest of the world/asian grocers purvey??

Tis true UK garlic is wank.

I like to handle the big ones, everything is bigger in Europe.

Look, this is just half of one bulb

Cheesewhips turning up for a days bouldering without a pad (despite owning one), prefering to relly on other peoples effort. Meaning less scope for trying high stuff or stuff with bad landings. Not to mention the occasions when virtually everyone turns up without one and you're left with five people trying one badly padded problem.

OTT censorship: Authors on the internet who censor supposed swear words like "damn". theres no need to change it to "da*&%", its not the 1920s for fucks sake. On a similar note, hows about the ridiculous situation with radio/TV edits of hiphop tracks. i mean fair play i wouldn't want any young child of mine turning on radio one in the afternoon and listening to lyrics about niggaz on crack fucking bitches in the ass, but when they start to bleep out any word which might refer to anything about women, guns, drink, drugs, cars, gangs or any marginally illegal activity you basically get a pop video of Nas standing in a warehouse rapping silently over an iron butterfly sample. lets excersise some common sense.

Generic commercial lagers/creamflow bitters - carling, carlsberg, heineken, john smiths, stella, worthingtons, boddingtons, caffreys, all that shite. and pubs who offer nothing but. Also Guiness Extra Cold - guiness for people who don't want to taste it. idiotic.

Fashion 4x4s. your kids won't be so safe when you accidentally back into them, dickheads.

Prison white K-Swiss. seriously what the fuck is going on here?

Bangkok - shithole

Human Resources departments at work - universally incompetent.

Vegetarian dogfood

People with clipboards who wander round town centres asking if you've had an accident or fall at work in the last 2 years.

Bus drivers who complain when you want to use a tenner.

People who kindly pick up dog poo, but then hang it onto a gate or barbed wire fence for all to see. The logic baffles me!

Amen to that! :agree: I wholeheartedly agree…

What are they thinking – if indeed they have the ability to think at all! Why would having their furry friends’ feces festoon footpaths all over the country be in any way acceptable? Dropping an empty plastic bag would be wrong, leaving your dog’s mess would be wrong – putting one inside the other and leaving them both is still wrong! Even worse, bags are left hanging in bushes like poo baubles on a cack Christmas tree!

I mean, flippin’ heck! It’s not likely that, come the spring, these nasty little crud chrysalises are going to hatch out into beautiful butterflies, is it? They’re going to stay there in their protective wrapping for months, years even! I have a feeling that hundreds of years into the future some Tony Robinson/Mick ‘the Dig’ Time Team types are going to find these little relics very illuminating as to the state of our civilisation…
“Oh yes, Tony! In this light-coloured layer we have the Neolithic, above is the Medieval and here, just below the top-soil, is the more recent deposits. We can tell this is the late Twentieth/early Twenty First Century layer because it’s full of used condoms, brightly coloured bits of rubber – which we believe are from a kind of footwear called ‘Crocs’, and literally hundreds of Tesco’s carrier bags full of shite!”

My only fear is that a Room 101 is not hard enough on these ‘bag it and fling it’ dog owners!

…Oh yeah! And Will Self!

What the hell is all that garlic for Houdini?

I'd like to nominate:

1. The Student Loans Company
2. Sheffield Council

The garlic is for warding off vampires/heart disease (most popular death in my male line).

how does that work?

"I might appear to be 6ft 3, but actually it's an optical illusion and I am in fact shorter than you"?

It might be possible under certain circumstances. I remember once thinking George Smith to be much shorter than everyone else thought he was, but there was a good explanation for my folly.

Ahh ha...

Well, you could also add:

Loaded people who claim to be poor.
Stupid people who claim to be clever.
People with sexually transmittable diseases who claim to be clean.
Fat people who claim to be anything other than permanently hungry.
BMW drivers who claim to be the exception.

People who claim to be green and enviro-friendly then have loads of kids.

People who act really right-on then snort coke, one of the most un-pc things you can do.

Fat women who claim to be a size 12/14 when they're blatantly four sizes fatter but cram their lardy arses into stuff that's too small for them thus perpetuating the idea that size 12/14 is big when in actual fact it's not. More to answer for than the media when it comes to women's size paranoia. The fat twats.

Good point. The Government should ban all cocaine deliveries by BMW, and insist that dealers use bicycles, or maybe even hand-gliders. Quite why these people are able to utilise such a inefficient method of transport is a mystery to me.  This country is going to the dogs...

I don't mean in green terms - i mean the sort of people who will crow about buying fair trade coffee, suport Amnesty, etc but then snort coke.
