I think all place names should be enunciated (and phonetically spelt in English) in the same way that the locals do. Paris is not pa-riss it is pa-ree, so in English we should write Parree. Munich, Turin, Venice, Chester-Le-Street, Theydon-Bois etc. All these place names must go to 101 and be replaced by names dictated by locals.

Human geography. All of it.

This statement is almost enough to make up for you doing geography.

And what, pray, is wrong with human geography?

1) People who think they are always right.

2) DHL delivery services - a set of wheels sent from London, got to Stoke before they split the wheels up and sent them to Sussex. They then tell me that I have to pay for them to be delivered again if I want them bringing from Sussex! They finally arrive 1 month late, but with one wheel missing!

3) Patios

4) 7b

5) Brought instead of bought and vice-versa.

Everything!  :P You wouldn't believe it, Andy! They've got me learning about the Cold War, political geography and development geography. Got my exam in it tomorrow. I've never studied politics or economics before so all the theory is alien to me. Like swimming through treacle.

Advise instead of advice and vice-versa. How difficult can it be?

Can I add stroppy twats who insist on parking in a certain spot (e.g: outside their house, office, etc) and get massively wound-up when somebody else takes their space once in a blue moon. A common condition in suburban streets and outside architects offices (in my limited experience). Can these people not park 2 metres wither side of their normal spot and walk that extra 5 paces once in a while without a hissy-fit? Fucking bed-wetters, the lot of them.....

People who kindly pick up dog poo, but then hang it onto a gate or barbed wire fence for all to see. The logic baffles me!

Small garlic - Why do UK supermarkets think we can't handle the big ones the rest of the world/asian grocers purvey??

Going for a haircut - Torture from start to finish. From trying vainly to ask for something which wont make you look like a twat for a fortnight, to having your head handled by hairdressers of all people, to twenty minutes of answering the same inane questions you were asked by the chump on all your previous visits.

walk that extra 5 paces once in a while

And those 5 paces would probably stop the kind of person that does that having a heart attack.

Further to Percy's rightious statement, I would like to add some architects. Not all of them, just the type who are prone to tantrums. David Johnson from Liverpool first demonstarted this architects' trait to me by going red in the face, jumping up and down shouting "No! No! No!" as I explained that something 65mm high would not fit into a gap 45mm high. He maintained that because 45 is less than 65 and he was in charge then he was right. He wasn't, but insisted that I leave the site and never return. I returned, but he never spoke to me again. There are others just like him who will, I hope, be joining him in room 101.

I would chuck in evil, useless creatures like wasps and bluebottle jellyfish. Serve no purpose on this earth except to sting people and spoil a nice day out.

On the road - Twats that won't let you pull out and feel the need to defend that tiny bit of space- Most  Australians do not understand a merge and will drive you into the cones if they can.  :wank:

Used to really wind me up treat when people parked illegally outside the RGU Sports Centre because they didnt want to walk an extra 50m to get to the gym.

Spotters who can't/don't spot effectively/or at all, yet insist on hanging around underneath you, holding arms in the air as if that's what one does and is done to indicate someone is climbing, rather than attempting to spot.

Spotters/passers-by who believe that shouting loud encouragement "nail it/bone it/'ave it ad nauseum at someone climbing - at all times - results in a commensurate increase in the climbers performance.

Stop your faux-spot, shut your traps and let people climb.  :furious:

I agree with most of these however I think you're just including the cave to wind people up. Lots of people like it, it does no harm, leave em to it.  ;)

Those disabled parking spots at the Roaches and Curbar when every other space in a three mile radius is in use, yet those spaces still remain empty. What are they for and why do they ned to be so close to the gate?

I'm all for disabled spaces at tesco etc, but you've got to wonder how many paraplegics there are wanting to session work hard. although having said that i've seen some people on gorilla warefare who apparently havelost the use of their lower body, so maybe those spaces are fair.

Hows about taxi drivers who think that the big red triangle button on the dashboard turns on the "i'm parking on double yellows lines on a junction" lights.
