Film recommendations?
August 11, 2003, 02:24:04 pm
Anyone have any recommendations of the best films from the last 3 years? Since having kids I've completely failed to get to the cinema and haven't even rented movies to watch at home very often. Made the decision that we really ought to make the effort and are going to try watching something good each week. Saw Adaptation on Saturday night and enjoyed it very much. What have we missed since we swapped our social lives for a couple of children? What should we make the effort to see?

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is an excellent film, good one to take the missus too as well, as theres action but its ultimately a lurve story. I'm off now, but I'll think more tonight!

The Rings alright - not particularly scarey though (unless its the original Jap version you've got, which has a bit more too it)
