Going to be in yorks at the weekend, would like to visit Slipstones. Can you get away with most things with just a pad or is it worth bringing a rack to get the most out of it?

Pad.
Most stuff can be high-balled.  Some HVSs get a tad high, but you should be fine.  Leave the rack in the car.

Pad. Have taken a rack every time I have been and only used once. It was crap and I failed on one of the routes I tried to lead. Not worth the effort.

Cheers guys, that's what i was hoping! Usually leaving the rack behind means more routes done.
