Listen to the man - he speaks the truth!
Massive congrats to all the new parents. As the father to a one year old, I'm obviously now a grizzled veteran - who may get to climb again this year.

Welcome to Dadclub, fatty! Hope Ang and Ludo are both doing well. And well done on naming your firstborn after one of France's strongest boulderers...a touch of class.

Definitely a top name. And of course, I didn't really mean the doom thing, massive congrats all round. I do wonder how many (climbing related) YYFY posts we'll see over the coming year though after the recent baby boom.

I reckon there's gonna be a few "YYFY, I finally managed to get out climbing again after 4 months looking after the wee bairn, with no respite, lots of tears and anguish"

 ;)

Seriously though, congrats to all the new parents    At least you're only missing out on wet rock at the moment.

Hope you slept last night, welcome to hell week! And don't worry, that black poo doesn't last long.

I think social services would be round fairly sharpish of you started inserting strange colours into your new progeny.

Nice one Andy! Although I'm not sure if Liverpool can handle the unbridled energy of 3 Farnell's running riot  ;)

slightly late but SAChris pointed out on another thread this was the place to announce future wads..  well as long as he doesn't inherit my weak fingers he might be.  Baby Clement (like the Loskot..) arrived 10 weeks ago.  Hoping he'll be a climber and a surfer, but who knows.  Since he was born have managed to build a board in the garage so I can make the most of those 45min windows of opportunity..
