  Have done the first two moves of Kaizen without the block - swings and roundabouts.  Sets you up better for the third (hardest move) better, but initially its harder.  The last move remains same - same grade?  Gaskins reckoned entry V14 for the original state, maybe now its a tad harder - bench mark V14.  Apparently we have missed the condintions, these being premo on the 11 september, at 7.15am.
