DOWN are a band featuring many members of "southern bands". philip anselmo, pepper keenan, kirk windstein, jim bower and rex brown.

this is their third album (the first released in 1995, then 2 in 2001 and now 3).

they are quite different to cathedral so no worries (what is wrong with them anyway?!). the sabbath influence is evident that is for sure. look at their myspace, some (poor quality) versions of the songs are there. (/downnola)

i can not recommend it enough to lovers of heavy metal.

Sorry, hadn't realised it was a band- thought it was something like Blackend.
May have to keep an eye out.  Phil Anselmo is OK, I seem to remember he was in some band or other.  (never liked Great Southern Trend Kill really).
