having a bit of a clearout, oh and need to keep my car on the road, hence the sale of these.. two 1210's and vestax mixer in excellent nick.. the deck station is free to a good home.. any offers? know anyone that wants some??

Took ages, but managed to flog my 1210s on www.    gumtree.    com.  Eventually got a decent price for them. Lot of timewasters and one or two really lame con efforts. Vendor beware! Still got the mixer and headphones, tho as the buyer didn't want them. It did take months (in London) but got rid of them in the end. Site does has regional links to most other uk/world cities. Maybe worth a try?

I guess ebay is another obvious place, but i would use a "buyer collects" jobbie rather than trying to post them.

Sigh. I really should probably sell mine, but I just cant do it. Each time the idea crops up I bottle out and think they're not causing anyone any harm, I'll just leave them. Its like admitting middle age or somehting.

Yep. Same as I thought. I used mine bout once a year. The tinnitus and the price of vinyl put paid to the dream of the DJ career! What made me part with mine was the constant issue of dragging them with me around London from one rented house to the next.
