Has anyone been recently? be good to get some info on new problems/areas and access problems since last visiting in 2004. I'm guessing no topos still, and no driving the dirt roads.


And if anyone knows where to get this northern lights film, that'd be handy

Still has the long walk ins, no short cuts on the gravel roads we were told.  A newer area to the east of geta was pretty good and easier to access, let me know if you need the directions. Weather was a bit pants, but was cooling down as we left.

Flight to Tampere booked!  I was lured with a text that went something like:  I have a job for you - building a fireplace and chimney for the summerhouse (moving heavy rocks!) will pay you in weed and a trip to Vaasa.  You in?


These Finns eh?  They really know how to get what they want.  Aland may not be on after all, at least for this trip, but I'll get there soon enough.
