Does anyone have any good advice on export settings for .mov in Premiere? Codecs, compression ...
I have done a search but only found stuff about flash movies.

Jon from yorkshiregrit.com has given me some good settings in the past but I've not got them any more as I use Sorenson Squeeze to generate flash stuff instead - I prefer .swf to .mov.

Might be worth sending him a mail?

Yeah, iam having probs getting settings right, what a pain in the arse. Hampering my world domination of climbing clips!  :roll:

There's tools about for quicktime compression too.....Sorenson do a non-flash version of Squeeze too, which I'm sure could be "found" somewhere:
