I've been thinking of sorting out a North Wales Bouldering meet.  I guess this is probably the time of year for this (midges and weather wise).  1st weekend of June maybe good.  Anyone keen - if so, I'll get some camping/hut info and set adate.  Bouldering and booze?  Sounds good to me.

As in this Yabo roof? Is the new guide out yet?

That'd be nice, but unfortunately not - the one in the picture is in Yosemite I believe and comes in at V11(?). I was at Castle Rock near Santa Cruz where 'Yabo Roof' gets V5. I'm pretty sure the one at CR was done by John Yablonski - no idea about the one in Yosemite, mind you.

Yes, I'm sure your all normal really.  1st through to the 3rd June.  I'm off that weekend, so I'll be able to offer tours and all that chaff.  I guess the camp site opposite the Vaynol in Nant Peris is a good option for crashing, as its right by the Pass/Pub.  Hopefully the weather will be good, if not, get your biceps out for the cave (hopefully, it won't come to this, there are other prize venues in the hood).  PM me for me phone number and give us a call for hoking up arrang,ments.  Winner.
