have just endured a 13 hour flight with food poisoning - not a pleasant experience i can tell you!

still, its brought my weight down a bit so maybe i'll be able to crank harder!

Mmmm sounds like fun - won't be about Thursday; might be about Sunday but since I'm off to Barcelona Monday morning might have to spend some qualidy time with my good lady.....Think Fatboy is up for it though, he mentioned it t'other day.....

What you doing in Barcelona? Just holidaying? How long are you there for?

have 10 days in Spain - 4 of which will be in Barcelona for def. rest of the time will be spent at Montserat, the pyrenees (sp) and a day or two looking at Dali type stuff on the coast

Sounds good - Montserrat is just plain weird but extremely beautiful - as I've said before, if you're camping take earplugs or the bells will drive you to suicide.

Dali museum thingy at Figueras is meant to be cool as, though never been myself.

Think Suirana is nearby and has some bouldering too, though not sure how good it is. Again, meant to be a stunning place.
