Amazing, have to get to Cliff's Barn soon. Is it possible to get off at Ormskirk train station or somewhere and walk there?

It is possible, just like it is possible to get the train to Bangor and walk to the Beacon. 

I may be wrong but I think there are closer stations than Ormskirk, look on an OS map and check the Preston local line services I think.  Or persuade one of us to drive up there one wet weekend.

Croston is the closest station but don't know what line thats on.  still a couple of miles walk

Hi the 4th round is on the 26th April not March,

Last nights comp saw another good turn out with some impressive climbing from the Juniors and Aaron Tonks Flashing all the problems. Ill obviously have to try harder next time to trip him up.
