True, but that ain't the point and you know it
When you doing Monoblock Andy?  Since it's V10 (ha ha) it ain't outside your level.
Kind regards............

Now that wasn't fair at all.   >:(
I don't diss Pex in the slightest and the above was serious.  I have great respect for the place, mainly as it spanks my arse every time I go (which isn't as often as I'd like).   There's a lot of excellent problems there and I wished I lived closer.
Besides which, I really need to check out this dyno.
Yours bitterly

Your right, Monoblock is way above my level. I've looked at, and tried, problems harder than Monoblock which have visible holds on them. Monoblock, if in the Peak, would have a queue of suitors. It isn't so it doesn't. Which is a shame. BTW I redressed the balance for the positive attitude to Pex.

BTW that last comment was in no way dissing the Peak, just stating fact.

Climb V9- tick
Sport ability (8a)- tick
Pex Obsessive- Tick

You can diss the Peak all you like, don't bother me

Now hold on matey.
I took the honorable step and after your admission that you did like Pex gave you some Karma.  You then took the Michael. That is not worthy of positivie feelings. I know when something is way beyond my abilities and are big enough to say so. You however...
I like your vids on Youtube, but you come across online as a bit of a  :spank:. I hope I am wrong and enjoy meeting you for a climb and pint in the future.

no hard moves?

I've heard (from an 8c stamina monster) that the start is really quite hard, perhaps not for 9a+ climbers, but for people who just want to do it to the first lower-off.

No I didn't.  I thought with work it may be something you'd be able to do.  Sorry for thinking too much of you.  I know I'm shit and am big enough to say so.

Thanks, but half of them are also shit, but in a silly way.

Sorry.  But I do think you are misinterpreting many of my comments as sarcasm when they are not.

Come to Brownstones sometime.  Andi_E will be back in the next week or too.  I have no doubt you'll kick my arse though (being serious here- please don't get offended).  Or maybe I should come to Pex with some spare tendons.
Feel free to punter me more if you feel agrieved.

Actualy I said you come across as bit of a  :spank:, not a  :wank:. For a reason. Having not yet met you in person and only going by your posts I feel unqualified to class you as a  :wank: and hopefully never will.

Spank/Wank.  Little difference.
I haven't set out to take the piss or irritate you and apologies for doing so.  What was said was in good faith.
I'll shut the fu*k up now.   :o

Actually big difference.

In my early day's on UKB I made a big mistake and was rightly flamed for it. Had there been karma I would have been well puntered for it, and rightly so. GCW, you IMHO made an error and have admitted so, which is cool with me. Ask our connection (he who me mightly puntered) for a character reference, you'll know I'm not a person to get pissed of at many things. Pissed yes  :pissed:, pissed off, no. I'd enjoy meeting you at Pex, or Brownstones, having a climb, having a pint and forming a real-world opinion of you.

lets get it set up and end this petty argument once and for all.

Isn't it lovely?  Restores the faith in humanity.

Maybe this could be the first UKB wedding?  Oh no I forgot, Andy's already married.

So am I.

I think the thing this (unfortunately ruined) thread illustrates is how easy it is to be misinterpreted/ misinterpret on forums.  And all the hurt it causes   :'(

At least on this thread you've sorted it out and on this forum, people generally do sort things out.  So often it is forgotten that a few words can be interpretted in so many different ways by so many different people.  Even UKB's host of emoticons can't explain every subtle joke or off hand remark.

And obviously Pex is a very delicate issue and should be treated with the greatest respect by all so any perceived diss of the place will result in mafia style executions by the merseyside eliminate massive.  You have been warned! ;D

What surprised me was getting slated for thinking someone was better than they are!!
Never mind, I'm happy to apologise if people get offended.
I am a bastard though- just ask the Negative Karma Kid
