Hi kids, just a quick bit of news.  Got back from Albarracin last night - awesome venue!  I got me self up a brilliant line first climbed by Tony Lamiche called Cosmos at sector Techos.  Its given 8b (starting right from the bottom), and is pretty stunning to climb - winner.  I'll try and add a picture to this post in a bit.

Nice one. So how hard is it? I am very keen to see photos and be inspired to get out there! Did you see Core's V14(?), called A beautiful mind? That looked very good too.

Cosmos is 8a+ from a squat start (obvious when you see it).  A very pure power problem with only a couple of moves.

Apologies for the blurred shot

Good effort Chris!

I met Stew Watson a while ago and he said he climbed this recently too. He was full of praise for the venue, and the problems.

Good effort one and all. Looking forward to seeing the pics...

I was informed by local wad Miguel, that this is often climbed from a squat start (three moves), but the problem actually starts from a true sitter at the back jugs.  I saw that Stu Watson had climbed it a while ago on 8a.nu good effort!  Sorry, I've no idea how to place a photo with this post!

I'm quite impressed that all these people are doing lots of hard things abroad. I like hearing about them. CJD's news jogged my memory, and I thought others might like to hear about other people getting stuff done in Albaraccin.

...No, I'm not real. I am the eggman. You know the rest.

you miss my point. i'm all uncle's wild ears about hearing stuff done. nice one from stu as well, he's a strong guy too. my point was about you giving us his scorecard to look at, this confused me and has led me to believe you are stalking him.
i may go to albaraccin when dylan heads back out

Given that everyone who looks at 8a.nu is a stalker and much worse besides*, I can't deny your accusation.

*some are patio builders. these men are dangerous. approach with caution.
