How do. Its been raining in Keswick for the last 2 days, but prior to that, the cobble has been in brilliant condition.
It should be ok.

What are the chances of it being dry this weekend?

There have been loads of times when I've had the place to myself recently
You get much done? If I hadn't been suffering from the worst hangover I've had in years I would have been down myself.

Only my third visit,so well happy to get Picnic Sarcastic(standing), plus a few of the easier things i'd tried and failed on before. In fact we both had a good day, Chris got Coming up for air and PS before telling me how he'd visited back in the day and never believed he'd do anything on that face.

Pissed it down today, pure Lake District stylee I'm afraid. It has stopped now, so will do a little recon tomorrow night to see if its worth anybody making the journey.
The outlook is somewhat bleak however.

I'm afraid the outlook is not good gents. All it has done is rain today, there may be a few dry patches on't Cobble if your lucky.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

Hey guys. Long shot I know, but what's the chances of getting something done on the Stone of Justice this Sat/Sun (16th/17th)?
Cheers.

Cheers Gazza G. On a stag do this weekend. May end up just doing some scrambling. We're in Keswick, and heading to Seathwaite. Worth the 10 minute walk to have a look, or have you no faith man?

I'm afraid the outlook is bleak my good man. I'm so confident it'll be shit, that I didn't even entertain the idea of going tonight, and went to the wall.
If it ceases raining, there may be a few dry bits but be prepared to get your mat muddy and shit up. Are you going out in Keswick for the stag do or is it only down the valley.

Stopped raining at mid-day today. If it doesn't rain again it could be worth a look.

Thanks Golt lad, but my Aberdonian Groom-to-be has decided to ring me tonight and tell me the venue is now...... Fort William. Worse forecast but less for everyone to drive... except me.
Mmmmmm, Munros
