I have removed cornwall as it is currently empty

I have done some minor updates and a few additions from the newish Northumberland bouldering guide


The POI's are contained in a zip file and need to be uncompressed. You can use programs such as winrar or winzip to uncompress them
Please delete all previous versions before installing this one
