I agree with Uncle here. The good thing about UKB is that in opposite with many similar boards, is that here you get lots of useful informations about training, new spots, news etc. And if you start posting such things in diet, training and injuries instead in shootin the shit, UKB will become like other boards. Lots of useless crap
