Unfortunately this method (for missing out the hard moves) has been around for a while, but I am glad it is now being recognised as the abomination it is.

The knee pad really helps for the knee scum at the end of RA to get into the last slot, that's why he makes that move look easy

Stubbs is right - the pad is for the kneescum on the last move. If you pull hard with your knee you don't really need to pull hard with your hand..

If you think that's bad for chalk bag dabs you should have seen me on Ben's Roof Extension; I don't think my chalk bag left the ground for about the first 8 moves.

I first worked out that traversing the back wall beta in 2006 but thought it ruined it so waited until I was strong enough to do the meat way. Was a long fucking wait! It didn't seem much harder than Pit of Hell either so couldn't see the point.
