Apologies for the spam but my old Uni club are in the finals of a comp to win some money (from a bank!) for the club. In perhaps a first for climbing videos it mixes bouldering with alpine but it's a pretty decent edit I think. Most views win so it'd be great if people could give it a watch.

It's really very good - interesting rock with a wide range of climbing styles and a nice relaxed feeling to the place - good views too. Admittedly, you have to be in the mood for the town of Leavenworth itself.
Would highly recommend it - too hot in summer though.
Haven't been to Gold Bar yet, but from what I've seen, it looks pretty wicked.

In my video feed I have another video from up there end of last year.
Might be a good thing it does not get too much traffic the rock was feeling a little snappy. The day I filmed that my mater took a hold off of Okey Dokey and the flake I grab on pauline felt like it was moving. Another large flake on the right of the pig in a poket block also moved.

probably not lack of traffic Grubes - most likely a hard cold winter has taken its toll... all that frost action..

Yeah the key flake on Legz Akimbo snapped on a really dry, cold day for me, so I'd guess as TomTom says the whole place has taken a battering over the winter.

Luckily it didn't seem to affect the difficulty of the move, as the remaining hold was about the same size, but a little blunter.
