Agree it's a great block, that problem might be my favourite first ascent. There is a decent day out to be had at Grinshill although it is quite spread out and the best things are a bit high.

Nice one on Indifference. That last RH hold is very poor indeed, I wouldn't recommend trying it in summer!

Aye up Fiend, nice video, slight issue... Cardwell is banned, the farmer had enough of kids/climbers trashing the place, lighting fires etc. so been no go for 7 or 8 years. You did well not to get challenged by him.

Nice Fiend! Had a great few hours at that Torcross boulder, perfect family spot. Will check out the Pig’s Nose stuff next time, looks fun, decent pub there too.

Is this covered in the South Devon guide or did you just get the info off UKC?

. It's in the South Devon guidebook, I didn't check for anything extra on UKC. Torcross is a lovely spot eh. If you like that you'll definitely like Pig's Nose, schistier and less hardcore systems links, but even more scenic and plenty to go at.

New eliminate traverse Helsby, Asymptomatic, somewhere around f6B.

Just downstairs from one of the existing buttresses - I've sat on it a while as someone's done a ton of cleaning last year, but seems in no hurry to go public. The main traverse is great going from burly to fingery and back to steady. This is more obscure, on little dinks underneath. Note legitimate sketchy FA footwork and dodgy tree-cam crop.

Makes me happy there's stuff for very average punters to uncover

That's the one. Fly and Left Pocket are just out of sight further right. Starting far right makes for a decent long traverse, finishing in the same spot. Andy - if you'd looked you'd likely have thought 'too much effort to clean', I started...
