Must be clean/Tidy with nice communal living space, and parking. (a woodie would be a major selling point!!!?)
Would prefer to share with young professionals/post graduates rather than Students, don't mind if female or male & would prefer non-smoking.
Climber, Easy going, outgoing, living with other like minded people would be great, currently working in Sheffield till June before starting Masters at Sheffield Uni.
