Is that the same place where John Dunne did a hardish sport route?
The left hand arch is one of the most impressive routes of its type anywhere, thirty metres of very steep tufa climbing. Whilst attempting to redpoint the route I managed to pull of a critical hold leaving the last moves somewhat harder. Steve reworked the line and redpointed it, offering a grade of 8b. This is without doubt the hardest route in China.
I like this, looks a bit like a poor man's NTBTA
